In partnership with The Pas Community Development Corporation, we’re excited to launch a new fund to help businesses in The Pas, OCN, and the RM of Kelsey enhance their storefronts. This initiative aims to boost curb appeal and make our region even more welcoming to visitors and attractive to potential investors.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be a non-profit community group, small business, or co-operative
- Businesses must have a valid business license
- Improvements or construction must not have been started before funding is granted (some exceptions may apply).
Eligible Costs
- Windows/doors replacement
- Signage & electrical
- Repairing canopies or awnings
- New paint or cladding
- Landscaping, outdoor power cleaning
